Table There paces every table through service, alerts your team before things go wrong, and keeps the kitchen in the picture — all in real time.
No credit card required · Works on any device · Set up in 5 minutes
Built by a publican with 25 years behind the bar. Every feature exists because we needed it ourselves.
Every table, every stage, every device — one shared view that updates the moment anything changes. No refreshing, no calling across the floor.
10 configurable stages from seated to paid. Each has a timer that ages from green to amber to red — you know exactly which table needs attention before the guest does.
Urgent tables bubble to the top, sorted by how overdue they are. One glance and your team knows exactly where to go next.
Lock any device to Kitchen view. The pass sees every table's stage and allergens live — without being able to change anything.
Flag allergens when you seat a table. Kitchen sees them instantly. Every allergen required by UK law, one tap away.
Set up your tables once with names and areas — Window, Terrace, Bar, whatever works for you. Tables group automatically on the board.
"We used to rely on one person shouting across the floor. Now the whole team sees everything. Services are calmer and we're turning tables faster."
"The allergen tracking alone is worth it. Before, it was sticky notes and hope. Now it's on every device and the kitchen sees it the moment we seat the table."
"New staff get it in minutes. The board shows them what to do next — it's like having a senior member of staff looking over their shoulder without being annoying about it."
Every feature in Table There came from real service pressure. If it doesn't help your team on a busy Saturday night, it's not in the product.
All devices share one live view over Firebase. No polling, no refresh. The moment a table changes stage, everyone sees it.
Seated → Drinks ordered → Food ordered → Food served → All good → Checked again → Plates cleared → Dessert/coffee → Bill requested → Paid. Each with its own configurable timer.
Tables age through colours as their timer runs out. Green = on time. Amber = act soon. Red = overdue. No decisions needed — the board tells you.
Works on iPads, iPhones, Android tablets, wall-mounted screens, MacBooks, Windows PCs. No app install required for most devices — open a browser and go.
Switch any device to Kitchen read-only. The pass sees the live board — stage, allergens, table details — without being able to move anything forward.
Celery, cereals/gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, sulphites. Flagged at seating, visible to kitchen instantly.
Name your tables and group them into areas — Window, Bar, Terrace, Garden, whatever fits your venue. Tables auto-arrange on the board.
A dedicated alerts tab sorted by most overdue. One look tells your team exactly which table to prioritise next. Works brilliantly as the manager view.
Set the target time for each service stage to match your venue's pace. Fine dining runs different to a gastropub. Table There adapts to you, not the other way round.
Add your tables and areas. Takes two minutes. You can change it any time.
Share the URL with your team. No logins, no accounts, no app install needed for floor staff.
Tap a table, add covers, flag allergens. The board starts timing immediately.
Tap through stages as service progresses. The board keeps everyone in sync automatically.

Table There started as a problem we couldn't solve any other way. Lee Tobin has spent 25 years running pubs and bars — most recently The Bar at Neyland Yacht Haven in Pembrokeshire. On a busy service, coordinating between floor staff and the kitchen meant constant shouting, sticky notes, and hoping the right person was paying attention.
The existing tools were built for large restaurant groups with IT departments. They were expensive, overcomplicated, and took weeks to set up. What Lee needed was something a floor team could use on the tablets they already had, that would take five minutes to configure and actually survive a Friday night service.
So he built it. Table There started life as the "Service Board" — a single-file web app running on Firebase, deployed to an iPad behind the bar. It tracked every table through ten service stages, flagged allergens, and showed the kitchen a live read-only view. Within a few weeks of using it, the difference was obvious: calmer services, fewer mistakes, faster table turns.
Now Table There is available to any hospitality venue in the world. The product is still built on the same principles: it has to work on a real service, on a real floor, with real staff who don't have time to read a manual.

Everything you need to get Table There running in your venue.
Table There is a real-time service pacing tool for hospitality venues. It works in any browser on any device — iPads, phones, wall screens, laptops.
Go to Setup (the cog icon, bottom right of the board). Add your tables with names and areas. For example, Table 1 in the "Window" area, Table 2 also "Window", and so on. Tables group by area automatically on the floor board.
In Setup, scroll down to "Service flow & timings". Set the target time for each of the 10 stages. A gastropub might want 20 minutes on "Food ordered" before an alert. A fine dining room might want 30. Set 0 to disable a timer for a stage.
Share the board URL with your team. On iPads, tap the Share button in Safari and choose "Add to Home Screen" for a full-screen experience without the browser bar.
Tap any empty table tile on the Floor view. A panel opens to enter the number of covers, the server's initials, any allergens, and a table time limit if you're busy and need to turn tables. Tap "Seat table" and the board starts timing immediately.
Tap a seated table to open its detail. Tap "→ Next stage" to move it forward. When the table pays and leaves, tap "Paid → Clear table" and the tile resets.
